I come from a family that has been immersed in the hospitality business for over 30 years. From a very young age, I have watched as they built successful restaurants and other entertainment venues, putting in so much hard work, dedication and passion.
As with most things, change is inevitable. Change provides opportunities to grow and evolve.
So now it’s my turn. Having a front row seat to the family business my entire life, this venture seemed totally natural to me.
I have decided to continue with the family legacy but changing things up a little bit. I wanted to focus on my love for all things burgers, Greek classics, and Loukoumades (otherwise known as Greek honey donut balls) while creating a modern, inviting and sleek space to share my passion with others.
I am so excited to bring these concepts to life, under one roof and I look forward to having you visit us so that I can share my passion with you all.
